Happy hour is from 4 to 6!

Planning a fizzy gathering this summer? Whether you’re hosting an intimate crowd or heading to the beach, no party is complete without some eats and bubbly drinks!

This summer, why not make your own cocktails? We’ve curated a list of refreshing and easy-to-make cocktails that will save you a few bucks even after a few glasses.

Whether you like whiskey, tequila, vodka, or gin in your drink, with a little help of ice cubes, lemon, and cucumber, you’re sure to enjoy these refreshing drinks while basking in the sun.

Underneath the Palm Trees

This drink is an ideal accompaniment to grilled food, which is a popular staple at summer gatherings. The mix includes tequila, specifically hand-harvested 100% Weber Blue Agave from Patron, pineapple juice, and coconut juice, which makes a creamy yet crisp classic drink perfect for the tropics.

450ml Patron Silver Tequila
150ml Pineapple Juice
150ml Coconut Juice or Milk
45ml Honey

Pour all the ingredients into a pitcher. Mix well, then add ice. Serve in a glass with ice and garnish with the tropical essence of pineapple and coconut.

Fury of the Stag

If you like your cocktail a little old fashioned, you should try Dalmore’s twist to this classic drink featuring the Dalmore 12. This whiskey is initially matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, with soft vanilla and honey notes.

50ml Dalmore 12-year-old
10ml Simple Syrup
Dash of Chocolate Bitters
Fresh Orange Twist

Pour the Dalmore, simple syrup, and a dash of chocolate bitters into a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange twist.

The Hendrick’s Gin and Tonic

This might seem quite simple for some, but Hendrick’s gin makes it oddly unique. With infusions of rose and cucumbers, this gin is light yet intriguingly complex. Best enjoyed during slow afternoons on the lawn or in orchards, you and your guests are sure to enjoy this cult classic.

50ml Hendrick’s Gin
150ml Tonic Water
Three Thinly Sliced Rounds of Cucumber

Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with cubed ice. Lightly stir and serve. Garnish with three thinly sliced rounds of cucumber.

This is one of Jameson’s ultimate summer drinks. It’s simple, easy, and refreshing starring Jameson’s Triple Distilled Whiskey, which features sweet orchard fruits and light hints of blackcurrants, plums, and raisins. It also features hints of clove and black pepper, layered over the oak tannins, adding dark chocolate and liquorice.

50ml Jameson Irish Whiskey
90ml Lemonade
1 Lime Wedge

Add roughly one part Jameson to three parts lemonade. Pour the mixture into a glass with ice cubes, add a lime wedge, and enjoy.

The Sea Breeze

Popularized in the US, the Sea Breeze has a refreshing and tart taste thanks to the cranberry and grapefruit juices and the rich, smooth, and mellow grain of Absolut vodka. Whether it’s a house party or a party at the beach, this pleasant cocktail will be the next staple drink for your future occasions.

Ice Cubes
1½ Parts Absolut Vodka
2½ Parts Grapefruit Juice
1½ Parts Cranberry Juice
1 Wheel Lime

Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Add the vodka, grapefruit, then cranberry. Garnish with one-wheel lime and enjoy.
