Whether you like whiskey, tequila, vodka, or gin in your drink, with a little help of ice cubes, lemon, and cucumber, you’re sure to enjoy these refreshing drinks while basking in the sun.

Underneath the Palm Trees

This drink is an ideal accompaniment to grilled food, which is a popular staple at summer gatherings. The mix includes tequila, specifically hand-harvested 100% Weber Blue Agave from Patron, pineapple juice, and coconut juice, which makes a creamy yet crisp classic drink perfect for the tropics.

Ingredients:
450ml Patron Silver Tequila
150ml Pineapple Juice
150ml Coconut Juice or Milk
45ml Honey

Method:
Pour all the ingredients into a pitcher. Mix well, then add ice. Serve in a glass with ice and garnish with the tropical essence of pineapple and coconut.

Fury of the Stag

If you like your cocktail a little old fashioned, you should try Dalmore’s twist to this classic drink featuring the Dalmore 12. This whiskey is initially matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, with soft vanilla and honey notes.

Ingredients:
50ml Dalmore 12-year-old
10ml Simple Syrup
Dash of Chocolate Bitters
Fresh Orange Twist

Method:
Pour the Dalmore, simple syrup, and a dash of chocolate bitters into a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange twist.

The Hendrick’s Gin and Tonic

This might seem quite simple for some, but Hendrick’s gin makes it oddly unique. With infusions of rose and cucumbers, this gin is light yet intriguingly complex. Best enjoyed during slow afternoons on the lawn or in orchards, you and your guests are sure to enjoy this cult classic.

Ingredients:
50ml Hendrick’s Gin
150ml Tonic Water
Three Thinly Sliced Rounds of Cucumber

Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with cubed ice. Lightly stir and serve. Garnish with three thinly sliced rounds of cucumber.
