In with the icons, in with the newbies too
Jonathan Anderson has made Loewe a brand that centers on quirky and whimsical style. With choices of eccentric fashion and flair also comes bold choices on models. Loewe’s latest star? Hollywood legend and icon Anthony Hopkins.
The 87-year-old actor, producer, and director appears in Loewe’s fall-winter 2022 campaign wearing a studded long coat, donut printed shirt, and loose pants with the brand’s anagram studs T tote. “For some fun, today’s gig is modeling,” the prolific actor writes.
The latest campaign also stars actor Josh O’Connor, musicians Caroline Polachek and Hyuna, American sculptor Lynda Benglis, and model Kaia Gerber.
Aside from “The Silence of the Lambs,” Anthony also appeared in other iconic movies like “Hannibal,” “Red Dragon,” “The Rite,” “The Mask of Zorro,” “Meet Joe Black,” and “Thor.”
