Rockport opens new branch to celebrate 52nd anniversary
The shoe brand now serves Mall of Asia visitors
Rockport shoes have been known for their reliability and comfort for years. As they celebrate their 52nd year in the footwear industry, the brand is expanding to new markets with the opening of a new store at SM Mall of Asia in Pasay.
The newly opened boutique exudes quiet elegance, sophistication, and class with lifestyle products neatly displayed on the walls showcasing the current design portfolio.
Attendees at the opening event included Yza Yuloque, brand executive; Melody Tanjimenez, AVP of Primer International Management Ltd.; and Steve Holt, president of Rockport.
For 2023, Rockport’s campaign is “Powering Motion,” aiming to cater to both men and women and support them through workdays, vacations, and daily errands in style. The campaign also introduces their comfort technologies while keeping design, comfort, and quality at the forefront.
Highlighted pieces from their latest offering include the Darron Slide with a contoured footbed, the Classic Loafer Penny, which keeps feet dry, and the Garett Wingtip dress shoes providing wearers with a little more bounce through the TRUTech and EVA outsole design.
For women, the casual Aubriella Three Piece shoes with soft linings and cool color choices are a must-consider, as well as the polished TM Gracie Sling from their work-ready collection, also sporting their TRUTech feature boasting lightweight shock absorption.
The brand will also expand its casual line with new arrivals, available on level 2 of SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City, apart from the dress shoes.
