Clothing experimentation, ‘90s rave scene, and identity and sexuality, these all came to play in Jonathan Anderson’s creativeness for Loewe spring-summer 2022. Aside from the video presentation, the capsule also comes with a box where printed books of paintings and photographs by German artist Florian Krewer can be found.
“In the Loewe spring-summer 2022 men’s runway collection a sexual energy is released into the action, with glimpses of the body, or its parts, revealed by draping or strategically placed cutouts,” the brand tells.
“A message of electrifying escape and hopeful optimism,” as the fashion house puts it, the collection features sheer flowy tops, leather cut-out coats, sequin animal print coordinates, and draped satin dresses in expression of the joy in nightlife and the freedom of club culture.
