Celebrate Pride and Levi’s rainbow capsule at Love Laban 2 this June 22, 2024
Western wear has long been a significant source of inspiration for Levi’s. To celebrate self-expression and the LGBTQIA+ community, the brand once again offers a selection of stylish and gender-neutral pieces inspired by the queer “Rainbow Rodeo” that originated in Nevada in the 70s.
For their Pride 2024 collection, the brand draws graphics and influences from vintage and archival Levi’s pieces. To add more pizzazz to the collection, rhinestones, copper thread, marbled hardware, and gold are incorporated into the apparel and accessories. Stars of the collection include a Liberation Western trucker, a cinched shortstack tee, a cropped muscle tank, and a patchwork vest.
As an extension of its support for the LGBTQIA+ community, Levi’s is also donating $100,000 to Outright International, a global organization working to advance human rights for LGBTQIA+ people worldwide. Levi’s will also participate in the Pride PH Festival 2024: Love Laban 2 on June 22, 2024, at the Quezon City Memorial Circle. At the festival, Levi’s booth will feature various activities, including pride shirt customization, a bull-riding challenge, and a meet-and-greet with drag queen Marina Summers.
