MUST-TRY: Greek and Japanese-inspired salads for this season

Salad Stop introduces Yasou and Saiko

Whether you’re craving the Greek flavor or looking forward to the taste of Japan again, Salad Stop’s new offerings are here to satisfy your hunger. They have launched two new items from their seasonal menu—the Yasou salad and the Saiko warm protein bowl.

Pronounced as “Yah-soo,” this vegetarian bowl is a celebration of Greek goodness. The salad features a vibrant medley of greens like romaine and rocket, along with sundried tomatoes, candied walnuts, juicy grapes, shaved parmesan, and feta cheese. It is all drizzled with tangy Greek vinaigrette, wrapping everything together for a tasty yet nutritious take on a Grecian meal.

To relish some Japanese flavor, Salad Stop has also created Saiko—a flavorful twist on the baked salmon teriyaki. This protein-rich bowl offers a mix of quinoa, romaine, red and white cabbage, carrots, pickled daikon, mandarin oranges, and furikake. It is topped with teriyaki dressing, adding a savory umami kick. This protein bowl is also packed with vitamin D, potassium, phosphorus, and iron, making it a guilt-free yet indulgent dish.

Yasou is available as a salad bowl or wrapped at P375 and P1,200 for sharing on a salad tray. As for Saiko, the protein bowl is available at P395.
