The Queen’s annual honors list that comes out every New Year’s, and then again during the Queen’s birthday in June, reveals that Ringo Starr of The Beatles, and BeeGees co-founder Barry Gibb, are about to be knighted. From the field of fashion, former British Vogue editor-in-chief Alexandra Shulman will receive a Commander of the Order of the British Empire honor, her second after receiving an Order of the British Empire honor 13 years ago, while Savile Row’s Richard James will receive an Order of the British Empire honor. A celebration ceremony will be hosted by the Queen on her birthday next year.
