The new tailoring, according to Cos and Alexander Skarsgard
A study in proportion, texture, and controlled elegance
Cos unveils its spring summer 2026 campaign with Alexander Skarsgard at the forefront, setting a composed and confident tone for the season. There’s an understated strength in the way Alexander inhabits the collection—measured, effortless, and precise.
Photographed by Karim Sadli in an intimate London studio, the portraits centre on silhouette and detail. Tailoring anchors the collection, reworked through contemporary volume and proportion. Strong shoulders and high necklines create structure, while fluid cuts introduce ease. Oversized trench coats with waist-defining belts, herringbone Balmacaan coats, and butter-soft leather aviator jackets sharpen the outerwear offering with impact and versatility.

A grounded palette of head-to-toe neutrals shapes the wardrobe. Texture brings depth: supple leather, croc-effect finishes, breathable linens, and heritage pinstripes and herringbone. Subtle references to 1980s styling surface through statement outerwear and refined layering, balancing nostalgia with modern clarity.
The campaign also features Vittoria Ceretti, Park Gyuyoung, and Taemin Park. The collection will be presented at an off-schedule show in Seoul on March 25, streamed live across Cos channels.

For spring summer 2026, Cos refines the modern wardrobe—where craftsmanship, proportion, and quiet confidence take centre stage.
