WATCH: Aaron Taylor-Johnson thrills in first ‘Kraven the Hunter’ trailer
This villain becomes our new spirit animal
We can’t help but stan Aaron Taylor-Johnson even more as Sony Pictures releases the first trailer for the upcoming Marvel movie, “Kraven The Hunter.”
“Kraven The Hunter” follows the story of how one of Spider-Man’s most notorious villains is “formed.” The movie suggests that “Villains aren’t born. They’re made.” With this, Kraven’s character development is one of the key plots in the storyline.
Directed by J.C. Chandor, who also directed titles like “Viper Club,” “Monos,” and “Triple Frontier,” “Kraven the Hunter” reveals in the trailer that Sergei Kravinoff, a.k.a. Kraven the Hunter, has a connection with animals, which he uses as fuel for hunting. Alongside his animalistic instincts and reflexes, he possesses superhuman physical abilities, making him one powerful villain in the “Spider-verse.”
Starring alongside Aaron are Ariana DeBose, Fred Hechinger, Alessandro Nivola, Christopher Abbott, and multi-award-winning actor Russell Crowe.
“Kraven the Hunter” is set to open in cinemas in October 2023. In the Philippines, the film is distributed by Columbia Pictures, the local office of Sony Pictures Releasing International.
