WATCH: Celebrating Filipino artistry and creativity with launch of ‘Galing DITO’ movement

With the month of June highlighting all things Filipino, DITO Telecommunity recently launched its “Galing DITO’ digital movement with the Philippines’ next generation of young and upcoming talents, content creators, and music lovers. The campaign plays on the dual meaning of the Filipino word “dito,” which means “from” and “talent.”

During the event, DITO also revealed its music video showcasing singer Marga Jayy, rapper February Bank, dance group Femme Manila, the Buganda Drum Beaters, Ilocos-based rapper Fairy Flojo, Cebu-based rapper Cookie$, P-Pop boy group 13C, and more. The proudly Pinoy song was arranged by Thyro Alfaro, with original composition by Arri Veloso and Vinnie Pacleb.
