Fall 2022: Tod’s navigates ‘Italian Routes’ for latest collection

Creative director Walter Chiapponi experiments with tradition

Tod’s takes its followers to another artistic journey as the Italian luxury brand presents its fall-winter 2022 collection at the Castello di Rivoli. The location houses contemporary art while providing the presentation an environment that blends classic wardrobe with fresh creativity.

“To follow new roads and inspirations through paths deeply rooted in true Italian artistic ingenuity: the fall-winter 2022-2023 men’s collection, designed by creative director Walter Chiapponi, brings tradition and experiment together, highlighting the refined quality of made in Italy craftsmanship,” details the brand.

The fall-winter 2022 collection highlighted a fusion of classic Tod’s tailoring with athletic motifs. Outerwear featured a mix of slim-cut coats, puffer and quilted jackets, and a number of leather iterations. The letter “T” branding appeared across the accessories of belt and leather items while the signature use of tiny rubber-dotted soles appeared on driving shoes.
