Merrell’s Hydro Mocs make its debut in Paris Fashion Week

The ‘odd-looking’ shoes were spotted at LGN Louis Gabriel Nouchi’s fall-winter 2022 presentation

Merrell’s hiking footwear takes over a new fashionable trail as their Hydro Mocs debuts on the runway for LGN Louis Gabriel Nouchi’s “Artificial Paradises” collection during Paris Fashion Week.

The Hydro Mocs, which was first introduced in the Philippines back in Nov. 2021, sported new colorways which were paired with all of LGN’s 30 looks. The fall-winter collection, inspired by the Parisian nightlife, featured flowy jackets, coats, shorts, and pants in psychedelic prints. Metallic overalls also appeared on the runway as well as monochromatic pieces in black, cream, orange, burgundy, and lilac.

Aside from the colorways of Hydro Mocs in black/brindle and butternut which materialized on LGN’s runway, Merrell also launched more colorways of the shoe in navy, solid black, and burgundy which you can order on Merrell’s website.
