Cheers to a more sustainable future of watchmaking
Business owner, investor, business advisor, model, and travel influencer Jeremy Jauncey is adding another title to his portfolio as Italian luxury watch manufacturer Panerai announces him to be a global ambassador for the brand.
As an ambassador for World Wildlife Fund and GoldStandard.org, Jeremy has been championing sustainability and conservation for traveling as well. With Panerai’s initiative in addressing the environmental impacts of watchmaking, it is only fitting for the brand to team up with someone who is equally passionate about sustainability.
“I have loved Panerai for as long as I can remember and it is a huge honor for me to join the Panerai family,” Jeremy says. “I’m excited to support their sustainability efforts and to introduce a new audience of consumers to this amazing brand.”
As for Panerai’s CEO Jean-Marc Pontroué, the decision of choosing Jeremy came naturally. “At Panerai, we believe that the most formidable challenges are only solved through visionary leadership and innovation. Environmental degradation is among the most critical challenges imaginable,’ shares Jean-Marc.
Jeremy is also said to partner with Panerai for watches like the Submersible eLAB-IDTM, which is a timepiece with the highest percentage of recycle-based material the brand has ever made.
