Inspired by the super famous and super lucrative Marvel superheroes, adidas has turned some of basketball’s MVPs into instantly recognizable icons with a footwear collection that pairs the unique ability of NBA and WNBA athletes James Harden, Damian Lillard, Candace Parker, John Wall, and Tracy McGrady with the unmistakable flair of Marvel characters Iron Man, Black Panther, Captain Marvel, Captain America, and Nick Fury.

The new adidas | Marvel “Heroes Among Us” footwear collection will be available at select adidas stores in the country later this month, and it will include Marvel’s Black Panther in Dame 5 and Marvel’s Captain America |in N3XT L3V3L.

BEYONCÉ’S HOMECOMING PREMIERE CAME WITH A MERCHANDISE DROP

Aside from the Netflix release of HΘMΣCΘMING, a film by Beyoncé, late last Wednesday, the superstar also dropped a live album of the documentary, plus a couple of fashion items that are reminiscent of her historic Beychella performance that celebrated black history and black culture. The capsule collection includes prints and images of Nefertiti, panthers, bees, and Beyoncé herself on hoodies, t-shirts, sweaters, mugs, phone cases, and other accessories.
