Mew Suppasit, Catriona Gray, and more step out for Stella McCartney H&M
From archival-inspired fashion to celebrity sightings, the Manila launch delivered a stylish first look at the highly anticipated collection
Thai actor, singer, and now one of fashion’s favorite front-row regulars, Mew Suppasit brought his signature charm to Manila as H&M unveiled its latest collaboration with Stella McCartney on April 30, 2026. Known for balancing polished tailoring with a more playful, experimental style, Mew arrived at the event in a snakeskin-print bomber jacket layered over a studded lace-up top inspired by Stella McCartney and Liv Tyler’s iconic 1999 Met Gala looks. Safe to say, Filipino fans did not stay calm.
Held at the Ayala Museum, the launch gathered an impressive mix of fashion personalities and celebrities including Catriona Gray, Michelle Dee, and Kylie Verzosa, all dressed in pieces from the collection. The museum transformed into a sleek celebration of fashion, creativity, and sustainability, with guests getting an exclusive first look — and first shop — at the collaboration before its public release.

Nearly 20 years after their original 2005 partnership, H&M and Stella McCartney reunite with a collection that feels more aligned with how fashion moves today: expressive, conscious, and less interested in playing safe. Think sharp tailoring, relaxed shirting, statement eveningwear, and archival-inspired silhouettes crafted using certified and recycled materials alongside innovative alternatives to conventional fabrics.

More than just another designer drop, the collaboration leaned into lifestyle and conversation. There were intimate previews, curated installations, and enough Stella-coded details to make the night feel less like a launch and more like stepping inside a fashion mood board. And with Mew Suppasit leading the excitement on the red carpet, the Manila stop quickly became one of those events that blurred the line between celebrity frenzy and actual style inspiration.
The Stella McCartney H&M collection launches on May 7, 2026, and will be available exclusively at H&M Greenbelt, Makati as well as online through H&M’s website.
