No plates, no limits: Adidas introduces the Hyperboost Edge
A next-gen super-trainer delivers max energy, minus the stiffness
Adidas is stepping into a new chapter of performance with the launch of the Hyperboost Edge—a lightweight super-trainer designed to change how road running feels from the ground up.
Stripping away plates and rigid elements, the Hyperboost Edge leans into a more natural ride. At just 255 grams, it’s engineered to move with your stride, not against it—delivering a smooth, propulsive feel that works whether you’re logging easy miles or pushing distance.

The real star here is the new Hyperboost Pro midsole. Built for maximum cushioning and energy return, it brings elite racing tech into everyday training. A bold 45mm stack height paired with a 6mm drop creates a springy, responsive ride that feels just as powerful as it looks.
It’s not just lab talk either. In testing conducted with the University of Cologne, runners overwhelmingly favored the shoe—citing better energy return, softer cushioning, and overall comfort compared to their current pairs.

Up top, a featherlight Primeweave upper keeps things breathable and secure, while the Lighttraxion outsole ensures grip without extra weight. The result: a shoe that feels effortless but performs with intent.
Visually, the Hyperboost Edge pushes a new direction. Think inflated midsoles, clean uppers, and the iconic three stripes stamped right onto the foam—making the tech the main character.
Priced at P11,000, the Hyperboost Edge drops in a striking red colorway and is now available via adidas.com.ph, the adidas app, and select stores
