Philippine Cocktail Week takes the party citywide
If you love a well-made cocktail and a good reason to go out, Philippine Cocktail Week (PHCW) should already be on your calendar. Happening from February 5 to 8, 2026, the citywide celebration presented by Maya Black brings together the largest and most globally awarded lineup of cocktail bars ever hosted in the Philippines.
What sets PHCW apart is how it takes over the city. Instead of gathering everyone in one venue, the week unfolds across BGC; Legazpi Village and Makati Cinema Square; Poblacion and Jupiter; and Quezon City and San Juan. Each night feels different, shaped by the neighborhood, the crowd, and the bars that already define Manila’s nightlife.
At the heart of the week are one-night-only collaborations. Over four nights, 28 internationally acclaimed cocktail bars partner with 28 of Manila’s finest local bars to create menus and experiences that exist for just one evening. These aren’t takeovers or pop-ups—they’re true collaborations, where global perspectives meet Filipino hospitality on equal footing.
The international lineup includes some of the most respected names in the global bar scene, many of them regulars on The World’s 50 Best Bars and Asia’s 50 Best Bars lists. Among those making their way to Manila are COA (Hong Kong), Vesper and Bar Us (Bangkok), Zest (Seoul), Virtù (Tokyo), Hope & Sesame (Guangzhou), and Dry Wave Cocktail Studio (Bangkok).
