Six decades of flavor: The Ruth’s Chris Anniversary menu
Mark the moment with dishes inspired by the spirit of New Orleans
Some celebrations call for something a little more memorable, and Ruth’s Chris marking its 60th year feels like the perfect moment to honor tradition, good food, and good company. To celebrate this milestone, the restaurant is offering a limited-edition 60th Anniversary Course Menu, available from November 27, 2025 to February 12, 2026—a thoughtful tribute to the flavors and hospitality that shaped its beginnings in New Orleans.

The experience opens with a specially selected aperitif, setting a warm and celebratory tone. The Seafood Trio follows, bringing together three long-loved dishes: the Sizzlin’ Blue Crab Cake, Sizzlin’ Jumbo Scallop, and Oyster Rockefeller. Each one reflects the French-influenced techniques and coastal character of New Orleans, a city whose vibrant culture has always guided the Ruth’s Chris culinary identity. It’s a quiet but meaningful reminder of the restaurant’s roots and the legacy of Ms. Ruth’s approach—simple, generous, and made with intention.

The main course, the U.S. Petite Filet with Truffle Crust, highlights the signature preparation that made Ruth’s Chris famous: a beautifully seared 6-ounce filet, cooked at 1800°F and served on a 500°F plate to ensure that signature sizzle. The addition of a truffle butter crust adds depth without overpowering, grounding the dish in both tradition and refinement.
To close, Ruth’s Dessert offers a comforting finale, echoing the warmth Ms. Ruth was known for as she welcomed guests as if into her own home. It’s a sweet nod to the brand’s enduring spirit—unhurried, heartfelt, and built on six decades of consistency.

Priced at P5,000 per person (plus 10 percent service charge), the 60th Anniversary Menu is an ideal way to mark birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, or any personal milestone. More than a meal, it’s an invitation to slow down, savor, and celebrate the moments that matter.
