A. Society sets its sights on the PH eyewear scene

Catch their frames at Ronnie & Joe
A fresh player has entered the Philippine eyewear scene as Hong Kong brand A. Society makes its local debut. Known for its strong sense of originality and distinct identity, the brand delivers high-quality frames that stand out without the sky-high price tags.

So, what’s with the “A”? It’s not just a letter, but a whole identity. A stands for Artistic, showing their love for boundary-pushing design and bold shapes. A also stands for Asian, capturing the raw textures and vibrant energy of cities like Hong Kong, Tokyo, Seoul, Bangkok—and now, Manila. And of course, A is for Alternative, with designs that sidestep the mainstream in favor of something a little different.
With urban life, innovation, and collaboration at its core, A. Society’s frames are anything but basic. Think acetate, titanium, and stainless steel with clever twists like screwless hinges, embedded magnets, and even pure silver details. It’s proof that eyewear can be innovative without sending your wallet into shock.

Collabs are also in the brand’s DNA. They’ve teamed up with names like GOOPiMADE (Taiwan), SUBCREW (Hong Kong), and Topologie (France/Japan)—with more drops coming soon with Universal Works, Maison Kitsuné, and New Era.
Founded by eyewear designer Kenny, director Dee Lam, and DJ Julien, with the strategic support of Kapok founder Arnault Castel, A. Society is all about mixing culture, creativity, and style into everyday essentials. And now, thanks to their partnership with Ronnie & Joe and Paris Miki, Manila finally gets front-row access to the brand’s sharp looks—minus the sharp price tags.
