LOOK: David Beckham to design for Hugo Boss

First collection will be presented spring-summer 2025

David Beckham is now in his designer era, as the footballer is set to embark on a multi-year partnership with Hugo Boss. The collaboration includes capsules to be “designed and curated” by Beckham, which will be presented during the spring-summer 2025 presentation of the German brand.

As per the announcement, the collections are set to embody the athlete’s signature style as well as Boss’ premium lifestyle positioning and commitment to excellence and superior design. The collaboration will focus on formal and casual wear, appearing in both capsule and seasonal collections.

“David Beckham is a true global icon in both sports and fashion,” said Daniel Grieder, CEO of Hugo Boss, in a press release. “With his distinctive entrepreneurial spirit and authentic passion for fashion, he perfectly embodies the values of our BOSS brand. We are very much looking forward to seeing the first collections come to life and working closely with David throughout this multi-year partnership.”

David also expressed excitement for the collaboration. “Over the last few years, I’ve been wanting to invest more time in design and fashion, but wanted to ensure I collaborated with a brand and team that could deliver something truly global and impactful,” shared the athlete. “I’ve really enjoyed the collaboration with Boss so far and have been impressed by the team’s ambition, creativity, and desire for excellence. I look forward to sharing what we’ve been working on so far, including the fall-winter 2024 campaign as the first step in our long-term partnership.”
