LOOK: Rabanne x H&M collaboration set for November launch

After the successful Mugler collaboration, H&M is back with another exciting partnership, this time with the equally iconic fashion house, Rabanne.

Rabanne, formerly known as Paco Rabanne, gained fame in the ’60s and left an indelible mark on the fashion industry. One of its most iconic creations, the sequined dress, was famously introduced by the late designer Paco Rabanne. Since 2013, Julien Dossena has been steering the creative direction of the house, and he is also at the helm of this collaboration.

ulien Dossena expressed his enthusiasm, saying, “As a designer, I’ve always been interested in exploring hedonism and empowerment. I was very enthusiastic to work with H&M on a collection that will introduce Rabanne’s avant-garde energy to a wider audience in a democratic way.”

“Rabanne’s metallic dresses are instantly recognizable pieces of fashion history. We’re thrilled to bring a dazzling array of Rabanne designs to our customers with this sensational collaboration,” shared Ann-Sofie Johansson, head of design womenswear and creative advisor at H&M, on her excitement about the collaboration.

Representing the Philippines at the surprise party were James Reid and Issa Pressman. The couple graced the black carpet in style and were among the select few to wear the collection pieces ahead of its official launch. Other notable guests included Amina Muaddi, Tyga, Rianne Van Rompaey, Alexander Edwards, Jade Rabarivelo, and Issa Perica.

The Rabanne x H&M collection includes womenswear, menswear, shoes, accessories, and even an H&M Home décor capsule. Fashion enthusiasts can mark their calendars for the collection’s release on Nov. 9, 2023.
