WATCH: New Netflix love stories to binge-watch this love month
Love is in the air and on Netflix
We’re a few days away from Valentine’s Day and whether you already made plans or are still in the process of figuring out what to do on the special occasion, let these Netflix titles give you inspiration on how to make this February extra special.
Whether you’re spending nights with your significant other, or you’re planning to binge-watch alone while treating yourself to a nice tub of ice cream, let Netflix add “kilig” to your watching habits with these titles.
This month’s top pick is “Your Place or Mine” starring Reese Witherspoon and Ashton Kutcher. Now showing, the rom-com movie revolves around best friends Debbie and Peter who swapped homes for a week where they got a peek into each other’s lives which could open the door to love.
Here are some international titles to see: K-drama “Love To Hate You,” which is about an attorney who despises losing to men and an A-list actor who distrusts women who are forced to date one another. “In Love All Over Again” (Spain) is a story about falling in love and splitting up over and over again while “A Sunday Affair” (Nigeria) tests loyalty despite heartbreaking revelations. Both titles will come to Netflix on Feb 14. For the Philippines, Belle Mariano and Donny Pangilinan will star in “An Inconvenient Love” for a convenient arrangement which is then complicated by an expiration date.
Is finding real love through reality TV your cup of tea? There are three dating shows that are sure to bring “kilig” and entertainment to your seats. “Love is Blind: After the Altar” is now streaming, seductive dating competition “Perfect Match” will come Feb. 14., while “Too Hot To Handle: Germany” is coming Feb. 28.
