The capsule features luxury sportswear apparel in a muted palette
Before the year ends, Adidas surprises basketball fans with the unveiling of the 2023 basketball collection called “Chapter 01,” which redefines the way the “three stripes” is celebrated on the court.
Featuring an array of luxury sportswear apparel in a muted palette, the capsule reintegrates the style of modern athletes that are effortless, functional, and versatile. The collection includes premium sweats, track pants, sleeveless shirts, and shorts that can go on and beyond the four corners of the court.
Prior to this launch, Adidas Basketball revealed a short film, “Chapter 01: Remember The Why.” The video introduced a new era of originality on and off the court which followed an unknown baller through all the distractions of success until he found the ultimate serenity on a deserted court where it’s nothing but him, the ball, and a hoop.
“You never forget the first time you pick up a basketball,” says Eric Wise, Adidas Basketball’s global general manager. “That day connected me to the game forever. At Adidas Basketball, we believe that possibilities are endless when you know your why. We hope that this new era of Adidas Basketball will remind everyone that the most important part of doing anything is why you started in the first place.”
