It’s time to race to SM City North EDSA
Racing fans, this one’s for you! Did you know that the first-ever all-electric go kart is now open in the Philippines? Located at SM City North EDSA, karting fans and enthusiasts can now enjoy racing indoors in a multi-level, state-of-the-art race track.
EKartRaceway features a circuit covering 2,091 sqm. with a multi-level 300m+ track that was designed by seasoned professional drivers and designers from around the world. The track also features 13 high-speed straightaway and technical corners with different turning radius, speed, and elevations giving the best experience and challenge to racers.
“EKartRaceway was inspired by many race car passionate drivers and aficionados,” shares EKartRaceway founder David Hsu. “We had decided this venue will not just be another entertainment center with safe, serious fun for the whole family and motor heads, but also a sifting ground to discover the hidden gems of many young Pinoy natural talents. These are those that never had the chance to become a race car driver due to the lack of opportunity and easy access to a track.”
While adrenaline and fun are fundamental, safety is a priority too. EKartRaceway offers the latest in electric go karting technology with a fleet of 24 Blue Shock race karts which feature many advanced safety systems. Every kart is equipped with safety harness, roll bars, and DOTr-approved helmets while the tracks are “impact absorbent” all to ensure everyone’s safety.
