The fifth installment from Adidas x Ivy Park centers on unity
Beyoncé’s year-end celebration includes a new drop from her collaboration with Adidas. The fifth installment from the link-up is called “Halls of Ivy,” which focuses on the unity of people regardless of background, class, color, creed, and each one’s individuality.
With the tagline “Welcome to the Halls of Ivy,” it is said to be a figurative space existing somewhere between where one is now and where they aspire to be. The release is said to be a boundless, unconfined place where everyone is welcome as described by the brand.
The campaign stars Queen B herself, Natalia Bryant, Ava Phillippe, Deacon Phillippe, James Harden, and and basketball player with Filipino descent Jalen Green, plus a cast of diverse models sporting classic design silhouettes from the label. The latest capsule boasts the brand’s signature use of vibrant colors but this time intermixed with patterns like glen plaids, houndstooth, and structural tailoring reimagined in pieces like puffer jackets, knitted pants, romper, bodysuits, and a number of apparel for kids.
For footwear, the offering is highlighted by the archival running shoe silhouette IVP savage sneaker in cream white, wild pine, and night indigo as well as the IVP Super Sleek sneaker and boot.
The fifth Ivy Park collection will launch exclusively on the Adidas website for only 24 hours on Dec. 9, 2021 and will be followed by a global launch the day after.
