What you need to know about the Nike x Off-White Dunk Low
A pair is one of a kind, literally.
Back in 2017, Nike and Virgil Abloh started a collaboration that kicked-off a trend in the sneakers world. Four years later, the partnership still continues to produce iconic collaborations.
The latest drop between the brands is a remodeled version of Nike’s Dunk Low which they called “The 50” collaboration. “Exploring the Off-White motto of ‘defining the grey area between black and white,’ @virgilabloh designed a Dunk Low offering expanding the notion of permutability within one collaborative design,” shares the sports brand.
The new reiteration of the Dunk Low is highlighted by a metallic silver Swoosh which can be seen on the midsole through the heel and, of course, the iconic zip-tie locked on the shoelace. Acquiring a pair practically means owning a customized pair for each edition is unique.
“Inspired by vintage Dunk, the Off-White Dunk Low spans 50 uniquely customized lots, each accented by different colors on the signature Off-White features like the tongue, zip-tie, Swoosh tab, and over lace. Each pair also comes equipped with a specially numbered heel piece that lets you know which lot you’re wearing,” Off-White details.
