Inside the New Era x Oatside launch that blended streetwear and cafe culture
Streetwear met cafe culture on January 24, 2026, as New Era Philippines partnered with plant-based beverage brand Oatside for a launch and community event at the New Era store in Glorietta 4. Part coffee break, part daytime party, the in-store takeover brought together creatives and casual passersby who stayed for the vibes and left buzzing on oat-based lattes.
At the center of the collaboration were three exclusive headwear silhouettes: the Adventure Bucket Hat, 9FORTY Cap, and 9TWENTY Cap. Each piece blended New Era’s iconic forms with Oatside’s bold, playful design language, finished with the brand’s signature Nerd Grade attention to detail. For Oatside, Nerd Grade means “hindi basta-basta.” It’s about intention, thoughtfulness, and getting things right, down to the smallest detail.
Guests enjoyed complimentary drinks, a photo booth, and DJ sets that kept the energy flowing throughout the day. The limited-edition New Era x Oatside collection officially dropped on January 24 and quickly drew attention both in-store and online.
