Catch exclusive and limited-edition items as Uniqlo Mall of Asia reopens
The expanded space offers new services, fresh collections, and exclusive items
Uniqlo welcomes the much-awaited reopening of its SM Mall of Asia store, the first-ever in the country. The redefined store, which has undergone extensive renovations and expansion to offer a new experience for customers, launches a week-long celebration beginning on May 17, 2024. Boasting a sales floor of around 3,000 square meters across two floors, the store is the second in the Philippines to house both the UTMe! custom print service and the Uniqlo Coffee café, and it features the complete lineup of Uniqlo’s simple, high-quality LifeWear collection.
Freebies and Special Offers
Customers shopping at UNIQLO Mall of Asia from May 17 to 23 will receive a free, limited-edition UNIQLO Stainless Cup with a minimum purchase of P3,500. The cup comes in five stylish colors and is easily customizable with a limited-edition UTme! sticker.
Additionally, every purchase made during the store’s opening week will include a free UNIQLO hand fan designed by local artist Lloyd Zapanta.
Early customers arriving between 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. are also in for a sweet treat with free, limited-edition chocolate bars made in collaboration with the premium tree-to-bar chocolate brand Auro. These special chocolate bars will be offered in two Japan-inspired flavors: Wasabi and Black Sesame, providing new and enjoyable experiences for customers.
During the reopening week from May 17 to 23, 2024, customers can also enjoy special prices on Uniqlo LifeWear favorites and wardrobe essentials.
Uniqlo Coffee and UTme!
UTme! is a service through which customers can create their own graphic t-shirts with custom stickers and their own photos or artwork. Custom designs for the Uniqlo SM Mall of Asia store have been created in collaboration with local artists and brands that have redefined the landscape within their respective fields. Exclusive designs for Uniqlo SM Mall of Asia include artwork from Filipino artists Lloyd Zapanta, Aaron Amar, and Studio Dialogo, as well as designs created in partnership with fan-favorite local brands Auro and Manam.
Another exciting addition to the UTme! design collection is Disney Mickey Go Philippines, launching exclusively at Uniqlo SM Mall of Asia. This first-of-its-kind collection features Mickey Mouse wearing a Barong Tagalog and Mickey and Friends hanging out in front of a Jeepney, among other designs. These creative takes on Mickey and Friends blend beloved Disney characters with uniquely local aspects of Filipino culture. Customers can explore vibrant designs inspired by iconic Filipino symbols and phrases from Manila’s street culture, classic Filipino dishes, Pinoy pop culture, and other references to Pinoy heritage and culture.
Elsewhere in the store, customers can take a break at the Uniqlo Coffee café, which features a store-exclusive menu offering café classics such as Americano and Café Latte, as well as refreshing beverages like Passion Fruit Tea and White Peach Fruit Tea. To accompany their drinks, customers can choose from a selection of treats, including New York Cheesecake, Matcha Cheesecake, and Cereal Cookies, as well as an assortment of gelatos, such as Cereal Milk, Hojicha, and Tablea Lava Cake.
The newly renovated Uniqlo store is located on the second and third levels of the North Wing of Mall of Asia in Pasay City.
