Billie Eilish used to sport her mane and apparel choices in striking black and lime green. Now the multi-awarded musician is rocking the bombshell blonde look and has been releasing collabs in neutral colors. Enter the latest iteration, Air Force 1 Billie in Mushroom.
“For her own Air Force 1, she remixed the classic by choosing environmentally preferred materials. The Nike Grind midsole blends in with the tonal mushroom-colored upper, which itself is made with a synthetic nubuck material made from post-consumer recycled content for a super soft look and feel — all designed with sustainability in mind,” detailed Nike on their website.
Aside from striking colors, Billie has also been related with oversized silhouettes. Fittingly, her Air Force 1 also sports a bulky silhouette and five chunky mid-foot straps which is inspired by the Alpha Force Low and Air Trainer 3. The shoes also sport Billie’s name and motifs such as the Blohsh figure which you can see on the lace tag.
