Loewe and Studio Ghibli are together again for a ‘Spirited Away’ collection
This limited-edition capsule marks their sophomore release
Loewe announces its continued support for Studio Ghibli with another collaboration that centers on the Japanese hit animation “Spirited Away.”
Previously, Loewe linked up with the studio for a capsule which featured “My Neighbor Totoro” on their leather pieces like the brand’s iconic puzzle, balloon, and hammock bags as well as on t-shirts and bottoms. This year, the partnership is back with another animated film-inspired collection.
Coming this Jan. 7, 2022, the Spanish luxury brand is revealing the capsule under the creative direction of Jonathan Anderson. The designer posted a couple of teasers on his Instagram where characters from the Hayao Miyazaki-directed animation can be seen. Chihiro and other characters like Haku, Boh, Zeniba, No Face, and others will be seen printed on canvas, leather, and other pieces.
