Artist Joshua Vides aligns with Uniqlo for monochromatic UT pieces
This collaboration stars Mickey Mouse in black and white
Guatemalan-born contemporary artist Joshua Vides has collaborated with a few footwear brands this year including Converse, Havaianas, and New Balance. This Nov. 26, 2021, the artist will be releasing a capsule collection of black and white apparel in collaboration with Uniqlo’s UT line.
Mickey Mouse and his friends will be appearing on UT’s wide array of pop culture-inspired pieces. For the capsule, Joshua selected the classic pie-cut-eyed Mickey Mouse mixing nostalgia and his black and white art. The collection includes t-shirts and sweatshirts both for adults and kids, making it easy and fun to do matching fits for the whole family.
