SoFA’s The Menswear Effect is now in session
SoFA, one of the most distinguished and prominent design institutes in the Philippines, offers a masterclass that focuses on the fundamentals of menswear design.
The program will be headed by Jerome Lorico, one of the most valued menswear designers in the Philippines. “Venture into the art and fashion of menswear in our Masterclass program, The Menswear Effect: Designing & Curating Your Own Menswear Collection. This Masterclass will be taught by one of the Philippines’ most esteemed menswear designers, Jerome Lorico. Be introduced to the fundamentals and develop skills that are necessary in designing and curating a successful menswear collection,” SoFA details.
The masterclass is said to be an introductory course to both starting and experienced designers and will discuss the influence of men’s clothing and fashion to the industry and culture. This program will also act as a guide to students on how to formulate and curate ideologies and visions for an effective menswear collection.
The program will run from Oct. 9 to Nov. 13, 2021, every Saturday, at 10 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 to 3 p.m., with tuition starting at P21,000.
