The Converse One Star is back and ready to make a statement. Designed for basketball in the 70’s and adopted by the skate and grunge culture in ’90s, the iconoclast shoe is rising back into prominence through creative interpretations by Tyler The Creator. Converse Philippines also introduced their Converse One Star ambassadors Jessica Yang, Andre Drilon, Jess Connelly, and Rjay Ty last Friday, with each personality embodying the impulsive, audacious, and fearless behavior of youth.

MARC JACOBS GOT ENGAGED TO CHARLY DEFRANCESCO

What could make a bowl of burrito and a flash mob complete? A ring and a “Yes”! As designer Marc Jacobs got down on one knee to propose to his partner Charly Defrancesco at a Chipotle branch in New York, dancers appeared to groove to Prince’s “Kiss.” Obviously, Defrancesco accepted the proposal. Now we wait what the engaged couple will be wearing when they say “I do.” Will they still be wearing their favorite bulky dad sneakers to their wedding?
