Acne Studios SS26 is cool, calm, and clashing

The collection is a quietly chaotic dream of checks, gloss, and geeky confidence
Acne Studios just dropped its SS26 menswear collection, and honestly? It’s the kind of perfectly chaotic energy we didn’t know we needed. Imagine a wardrobe where check clashes with florals, bomber jackets are either stripped down or puffed up like they’re headed to the moon, and glossy, high-shine finishes are not just welcome, they’re the whole vibe.
There’s something about this collection that feels like your most stylish friend just rolled out of bed and somehow nailed it. It’s casual and a little nerdy in the best way possible. As creative director Jonny Johansson puts it: “It’s a geeky, quietly confident attitude that beats perfection by far.”

This season leans into archetypes. Think classic bombers, sleek track pants, biker jackets but twists them through a nostalgic, sometimes academic lens. There’s retro denim, vintage polos, cropped hoodies, and that signature Acne irreverence that somehow makes a biker jacket feel intellectual.

Accessories-wise, the Camero Camera bag returns in new colors and finishes, now joined by the all-new Camero Hotel bag, which looks like it’s ready to hop on a train to Tokyo or Lisbon at a moment’s notice.
In true Acne Studios form, everything feels intuitive—like it was thrown on without overthinking, yet it all works. Masculinity is explored in a way that’s both spontaneous and soft around the edges. Structure without stiffness. Personality without peacocking.
