The wait is over. Zara’s flagship store at Greenbelt Mall in Makati City has reopened, unveiling an advanced retail space that merges innovation, sustainability, and customer convenience. As the most modern Zara store in the Philippines, it features a refreshed design, new product display areas, and cutting-edge technology for an enhanced shopping experience.
Spanning over 1,700 square meters across three floors, the store showcases Zara’s men’s, women’s, and children’s collections in a neutral-toned architectural space designed by the Zara Architecture Studio highlighting not only fashion pieces but also the brand’s popular fragrances. The layout seamlessly integrates online and offline shopping, enhancing convenience and accessibility for customers.
The revamped store offers digital enhancements such as fitting room reservations, in-store pickup within two hours, and real-time stock availability via the Zara app. Additionally, it features self-checkout areas, an automated online returns point, and a customer cardboard recycling station, making shopping more efficient.
The shop incorporates advanced eco-efficiency systems to reduce its environmental impact. Efficient heating and cooling systems optimize energy use, while energy-saving LED lighting helps lower electricity consumption. The store is constructed using eco-friendly materials and is integrated with Inditex’s Inergy platform to ensure optimal energy management.
Zara also promotes a circular economy through reuse and recycling programs, minimizing waste and reducing raw material consumption.
