Adidas is back with the latest edition of their record-smashing running shoe: the Adizero Adios Pro 4. After dominating marathon podiums since 2020, the Adizero line continues to push the boundaries of speed with the Adios Pro 4.

The design team at Adidas has taken the lessons from previous models and packed the Pro 4 with all-new features aimed at making runners faster. The forefoot rocker, a key update, is now positioned to help runners roll forward more efficiently, keeping them light on their feet. Combine that with a full-length Lightstrike Pro midsole that’s soft yet springy, and you’ve got a shoe designed to take the sting out of those long miles.

What’s cool about the Adios Pro 4 is its new Lightlock upper—think breathable, snug, but without feeling constricting. And with a revamped outsole based on feedback from top marathon runners, wearers are going to feel confident with every step, knowing they’ve got grip in all the right places.
