Summer 2025: Willy Chavarria redefines streetwear with an Adidas twist

Willy Chavarria’s spring-summer 2025 collection, America, continues his powerful narrative of identity and cultural commentary. However, this season, he surprises fans by blending streetwear with sportswear in a major collaboration with Adidas.
Known for his oversized silhouettes and politically charged designs, Willy infuses his signature aesthetic with workwear inspirations and activewear edge, making the collection both fashionable and functional. Notable pieces in the collection include cargo skirts for men, cropped leather jackets, sheer ruffled nightgowns, and outerwear with puffed sleeves, all styled to evoke the American working-class aesthetic.
For his collaboration with Adidas, Willy brought technical elements to the forefront, incorporating performance fabrics with functional details. Key pieces in the collection include short shorts, long boxing skirts, and sleeveless jerseys sporting Jabbar visuals to pay homage to former basketball star Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, one of his icons. Additionally, there are pants-to-shorts convertible coordinates and a few sets in striking colors of neon pink, electric green, and orange.
