Adidas unveils a runner’s dream shoe

For runners, a quality pair of shoes is a must-have investment to support every stride. This July 2024, Adidas is launching the latest in their Ultraboost line – the Ultraboost 5. This new model promises unparalleled energy return thanks to its innovative midsole construction.

The Ultraboost 5 features a re-engineered Light Boost midsole with an additional 9mm of foam under the heel and forefoot. This design reduces weight, increases cushioning, and boosts forefoot energy return by 2 percent compared to the Ultraboost Light 1. The result? Enhanced responsiveness and cushioning in the heel, allowing for an instant bounce back to its original shape with each step. This means that while the runner expends the same amount of energy, the shoe amplifies each stride.
