Naia Ching, model and actor:

What does fitness mean to you?

Fitness is therapy. It’s also my safe space! It really saved me from all the darkest moments of my life. I don’t really know what I’m going to do without it, to be honest.

What do you like most about the best version of you?

Being resilient! I’ve gone through a lot of ups and downs in my life, and at the end of the day, I’m still here, still trying my best, and showing up every single day.

What part of your body are you most proud of?

My legs!!! I’m not a fan of leg days. When I started my fitness journey, I literally skipped it just to train chest again, hahaha! But as time goes by, I realize training your legs really makes you stronger and can also boost your testosterone so I focused on leg days right away.

What’s your favorite workout routine, and why?

Push, Pull, Legs. It’s been my routine since day one and it gave me a lot of progress already throughout my fitness journey, so might as well stick to it.

How do you stay motivated?

I just want to be better than I was yesterday.

Jeff Ong, content creator:

What do you like most about the best version of you?

What I like most about the version of me is I’m more disciplined now, and with a healthy body comes a healthier mind.

What do you eat in a day?

My usual meal includes protein (from Century Tuna, of course), carbs, and fiber.

What’s your favorite workout routine, and why?

My favorite workout is chest and shoulders. Honestly, it was my weakest part before, but I just worked hard for it.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by having a goal and by staying disciplined and focused.

Michael Ver Comaling, professional athlete:

What does fitness mean to you?

For me, Fitness is Sports. Since I was a kid, I’ve been in the world of Sports, I always have a good body or physique because of it. I suggest if you want to stay fit, choose a sport that you want, then staying fit would be easier!

What do you like most about the best version of you?

The best version of me is something you can’t see in the physical world, and it is my mind. What I like about my mind is that it is positive at all times no matter how hard the challenge may be.

What’s your favorite workout routine, and why?

As a Pentathlete, my favorite workout is Core workout. It is important to have strong core or abdominal muscles because it will help you to avoid injuries, poor posture, and you will have less fatigue when you workout.

How do you stay motivated?

I see my goal to become an Olympic Champion one day in my Sport, Modern Pentathlon. With that dream, it easily motivates me to work out, be better, be stronger day by day.
