LOOK: New and exciting Converse drops to cop now
Featuring A Cold Wall, Stussy, and Peanuts collaborations
This June, Converse puts a spotlight on a cartoon strip and a London-based designer brand for new iterations of its classics.
Last month, Converse gave a wide range of offerings from their collaborations with Golf Wang, Joshua Vides, and Beyond Retro. This June, they expanded their collaboration sets with cartoon characters of Peanuts, a new iteration of their A Cold Wall CX collaboration, and a new collaboration with American brand Stussy.
First to drop is a partnership with the adorable cartoon strip characters of Peanuts. Featuring Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and the rest of the gang, the limited-edition offering extends from Chucks All Star, Chuck 70, One Star, and some clothing pieces as well as accessories. The main characters can be seen in an all-over print on shoes and some doodles on t-shirts.
For the A Cold Wall collab, the futuristic-looking sneakers now come in an iteration mixing black, lime, gray, and white. The Aeon Active CX model is designed by Samuel Ross, sporting suede and leather overlays and stretch construction providing more comfort for the foot. The midsole foam is also made of 12 percent recycled scraps making the shoe more circular while still maintaining an elevated look to the footwear.
This coming June 16, Converse will be dropping a new collab with California brand, Stussy. For this model, the Chuck 70 will be remodeled with a West Coast look which is a DNA of the Stussy brand. The sneakers will feature unvarnished midsole, Stussy crown graphics, and a tonally-stitched star on the upper.
The Converse Aeon Active CX is available at Powerplant while the Peanuts collab is offered in select Converse stores and in Converse’s Viber community.
