Y/Project spring-summer 2022 collection is all about having fun
Glenn Martens literally said: ‘You do you!’
Y/Project is one of the most playful and unconventional fashion houses when it comes to creating collections. For spring-summer 2022, the Paris-based label centers its vision on playfulness and creativity as prearranged by creative director Glenn Martens.
A lot of the pieces this season are light-spirited, personal, and even customizable. There’s a knit piece that can be worn multiple ways with its neckline. Other standouts include pants that the wearer can turn into a skirt, a short-sleeve shirt with a series of panels that reveals plain or printed designs, as well as jersey and velvet gowns that can be worn depending on one’s preference.
This collection also features pieces from a collaboration with sports brand Fila, and, of course, those pieces are customizable as well depending on how much Fila logo you’re willing to expose.
