Erwan Heusaff puts his everyday in a new frame
The Sunnies ambassador returns for his second year with the brand, giving us a closer look at the routines, creative pursuits, and eyewear that move with him
Erwan Heusaff and Sunnies have been in each other’s orbit since 2017. Now in his second year as the brand’s ambassador, Erwan returns for “Everyday Erwan. Everyday Sunnies.”, a campaign that gets a little closer to the routines, creative pursuits, and everyday moments behind his public persona.
Storytelling has always been part of Erwan’s world. Through food, travel, Filipino culture, and digital content, the chef, content creator, and entrepreneur has built a career around bringing local stories to audiences beyond the Philippines. His work has earned international recognition, including a James Beard Award, while making him one of the Filipino voices helping put local food and culture on a wider stage.

The new campaign follows that same spirit, with Erwan moving through his everyday in a lineup of Sunnies eyewear. Think prescription frames for the daily grind, along with lens options designed for the realities of modern life, from endless screen time to stepping out into the sun.
Sunnies’ optical packages start at P1,595, inclusive of an eye exam with a licensed optometrist, frames, and prescription lenses. Screen Safe offers blue-light protection for screen use, while Sun Adaptive uses photochromic technology to shift from clear indoors to dark under the sun. Sun + Screen combines both types of protection, while Ultrathin offers thinner lenses for a lighter feel and is recommended for prescriptions of -3.00 and above.

The campaign also arrives at a significant moment for Sunnies. According to Euromonitor International, the brand was recognized as the #1 Optical Brand in the Philippines for three consecutive years, from 2023 to 2025. It now has more than 300 stores in the Philippines and over 10 branches in Thailand, including Sunnies World at Dusit Central Park in Bangkok, its first international flagship store, which opened earlier in 2026.
For a homegrown brand and a Filipino creative who have both expanded beyond the local scene, the partnership makes for a fitting next chapter. And with “Everyday Erwan. Everyday Sunnies.,” the focus is right where it belongs: on the everyday, just seen through a different lens.
