HAL Studios is an in-house line of Australian retailer, Highs and Lows. The retailer brand was founded by Matthew Thomas back in 2005 and has been known in the sneaker trade industry since then. HAL Studios is being handled by Matthew and Highs and Lows creative director John Bouquet, who was responsible for one of the brand’s most talked-about collaborations, Asics x HAL Studios.

But Asics collaboration aside, the brand offers so much more. “HAL Studios is a multi-faceted creative house dedicated to the examination of design concepts,” describes the brand. “It is an ongoing conversation, a series of case studies, and collaborative projects.
