Art in the Park 2022 is now back with a Metaverse experience

Happening from April 24 to May 1

As the way to the normalcy of living with COVID becomes more reachable, one world that is back to stimulate our senses is the arts with futuristic twists. For Art in the Park’s 16th edition, the exhibit will be joined by over 61 galleries, art schools, art spaces, art collectives, and for the first-time ever, a non-fungible token (NFT) marketplace.

Although there are changes to this year’s exhibition, Art in the Park will continue to benefit the Museum Foundation of the Philippines, supporting the projects and programs for the National Museum of the Philippines and its networks.

Rodel Tapaya and Marina Cruz

Starting April 24, Art in the Park will start its exhibitions online via Facebook. Welcoming back two of the Philippines’ most important artists practicing today, husband and wife Rodel Tapaya and Marina Cruz will be presenting “IsTorya,” which is a narrative design studio that celebrates creativity, love of identity, and deeply-rooted Filipino stories.
