UNIQLO UT 2019 SS WITH THOUSANDS OF DESIGNS

For Spring Summer 2019, Uniqlo announces the official release of their UT (Uniqlo T-shirts) that will include more than 1,000 patterns reflecting different subsections of pop culture – modern art, Japanese brands, manga, and beloved characters. The UT line transforms T-shirts into canvases of art expressing the individuality and tastes of wearers. Offering something for everyone, the range will continue to evolve as exciting and unique LifeWear.

Some of the new collection highlights includes designs to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Mobile Suit Gundam, manga of Rumiko Takahashi’s “Urusei Yatsura” and “Ranma 1/2”, which are beloved across the generations, as well as items showcasing the hit Detective Conan series. SPRZ (read as surprise) NY which started in 2014 celebrates diverse artists as a global project where art and fashion meets. UTs sporting designs from legendary artists such as Andy Warhol and Keith Haring remain part of the lineup. SPRZ NY also features three collaborations with artists like Pieter Ceizer, a typographic artist who produces poetic and positive messages, the playful depictions of daily life by Australian illustrator Grace Lee and writer, filmmaker, and artist Miranda July’s UTs offer heartfelt messages.  There is also a redesigned UTs for kids which range incorporates specially redesigned versions of adult UTs for new games, manga, Marvel x Jason Polan and other contents. There is also new content exclusively for kids, including KAMEN RIDER ZI-O, Sumikkograshi, and Discovery Channel.

THE INTRUDER BY CAT FOOTWEAR

The chunky dad sneakers is not coming to an end just yet as Cat Footwear re-introduces a 90’s classic silhouette from their shoe line, dubbes as The Intruder. The hybrid chunky sneaker is updated with a lace-up, mesh, nubuck upper, all-over logo detailing and finished with a rugged lugged thick platform outsole. The unisex shoe is currently offered in black and star white and will be available this March which starts at $100.

ADIDAS INTRODUCES KENDALL JENNER AS THE FACE OF SLEEK

Kendall Jenner is the face of the recently released adidas Originals women’s-exclusive silhouette– Sleek. Built around the adidas Sleek model’s classic design and inspired by adidas’ extensive archive of tennis models, each shoe in the release features a soft leather upper with perforated 3-stripe mark and a trefoil logo window, finished with stitched details and a rubber sole.

Each of the models then receives slight adjustments to its design to create a variety of shoes rooted in the same core silhouette. An original iteration offered in Pink/Red features a classic lace closure; and the adidas Sleek Z model features a zipper closure, rendered in a clean Pastel Blue colorway. The result is a model release that offers the versatile aesthetic of the Sleek silhouette in a variety of stylistic adjustments.

VETEMENTS X LEVI’S AVAILABLE NOW
March 10
This is not the first time Vetements and Levi’s worked together, the last collaboration between the brands are denim jacket which includes raw seams, sticker motifs and contrasting black graffiti accents. This time, Demna Gvasalia and Levi’s created a jersey detail denim that features a medium wash jeans with a switched up leg in red jersey with two stripes on the side giving a major sportswear vibe. The collaboration will be available starting today, March 10 and will be available for order on these stores.
