CÉLINE DION LAUNCHED CÉLINUNUNU
November 12

Pop icon Céline Dion has collaborated with Iris Adler and Tali Milchberg, designers for global kids’ fashion brand NUNUNU, to create gender-neutral pieces for the little ones: hoodies, denim jackets, leggings, baggy pants, playsuits, shoes, and blankets in white, black, gray, and yellow. In the age of ridiculous gender reveal parties, CÉLINUNUNU upholds the value of doing away with gendered clothing. The label “unites two forces [into] one voice. Fashion has the power to shape people’s minds. Inspire your children to be free and find their own individuality through clothes,” according to an official statement.

In the CÉLINUNUNU teaser video posted by the Canadian singer on Instagram, Dion pulls a trick in a maternity ward by blowing black confetti to newborn babies to erase their gendered pink and blue identity tags. She then gets caught by a cop, with whom she tries to pull the “Don’t you know who I am?” card. It’s a little weird but also funny, and Dion should maybe look into sidelining into acting:
