Check this out ASAP: The newest GUESS Originals X A$AP Rocky capsule collections are finally here
Starting today, the GUESS Originals x A$AP Rocky collaborative collections will be available in GUESS stores at SM Megamall, SM Mall of Asia, Ayala Glorietta, Ayala Alabang Town Center, and SM Cebu.
GUESS Club and Ice Cream and Cotton Candy are the collaboration’s second batch of capsule collections, both inspired by the GUESS archives and A$AP Rocky’s inner man-child. Heavy on ’80s and ’90s elements but in palettes that are more appealing to today’s youth, both collections offer high- and low-rise bell bottom jeans, different renditions of the denim jacket, and logo t-shirts.
But before you and your friends rush to the nearest store (because #squadgoals include #twinning), let us brief you first on what to expect from the latest retro retail rebirth.
GUESS CLUB
The GUESS Club collection comes in jewel tones, with the collaboration’s signature stripes subtly appearing in a few pieces: a shoulder patch on a denim jacket and on logo t-shirts. Other details are the mint and powder pink paneling on the cropped denim jacket; the alteration of the GUESS logo to include the double $ sign; and the GUESS logo from the ’90s printed on shirts and oversized denim jackets.
ICE CREAM AND COTTON CANDY
The Ice Cream and Cotton Candy collection throws in clear pastel colors to the mix of stripes, bell-bottoms, and altered and retro logos found in the GUESS Club collection. Maxi dresses, mock-neck shirts, crop tops, button-down skirts, and a vintage rocker 1981 skinny jeans can be exclusively found in this set, with pinstripes in pastels as the main detail found in most of the pieces.
